Charity Vendor Blender!

Thank you for your interest in the March 2010 Vendor Blender. We will only accept 30 Vendors for this show. This event will benefit The Grant Halliburton Foundation - a local charity dedicated to raising the awareness of mental illness, and mental health. The March 2010 Vendor Blender will take place at the Richardson Civic Center in Richardson Texas. We will be utilizing 9X5 spaces. (9ft wide 5 ft. deep/Table Top Spaces) Pricing for this event is $70 per booth. This event will have electric, tops and skirts for tables, 8 ft. tables, and chairs all INCLUDED in the price of your booth. Vendors will not be allowed or asked to provide their own tables. In addition to the normal advertising outlined in the rules & guidelines, The Richardson Civic Center helps with local advertising. The City of Richardson will be advertising our event in their city wide newsletter that is mailed to every household in the city, they will also post our event in the city hall on the flat screen TV's, we will have at least 4 - 6ft. banners outside of the building as well as over 100 posters, 5000 fliers, and 5000 postcards handed out and posted prior to the show.  Because we will be in a larger city we will have the advantage of higher advertising as the city itself will assist us. REMEMBER this is a privately sponsored event thus if you have questions or concerns please contact the Vendor Blender team for assistance. We have partnered with the Grant Halliburton Foundation for our March 2010 Vendor Blender. The Grant Halliburton Foundation is dedicated to raising awareness of Mental illness, while promoting Mental Health in the community.  We have JUST secured a local radio station to do a  live onsite broadcast on the day of our event!!!

Application and Payment MUST be recieved in order for yoru applicaiton to be considered complete. If your application is denied for ANY reason you will recieve a refund of your fees paid via paypal. If you have any questions or concerns please email us here. AFTER submitting your application you will be taken to an outside website. You must come back to the Vendor Blenders website to submit payment. They are two seperate processes.
