Charity Craft and Vendor Fair

MAX. Number of Vendors:  50 

Cost:  $50.00 (Read carefully – every event is different and provisions vary.  I.e. tables, chairs,coverings, etc.)

Tables, Chairs, and electrical are additional fees.


NO OUTSIDE Tables as we will have the event pre-setup with linens to maintain a uniform look to the event. Tables and chairs are $10 per set. If you need additional tables you may purchase additional spaces.


Other Details:

This event will benefit the "YWCA's" child care program. We are tryign to help them raise a total of $6000 to purchase a new van as they are no longer receiving government funding for the program.


Food & Drink:  Outside Food and Drinks not permitted. 


Advertising:  Normal advertising outlined in the Rules & Guidelines, Policies and Procedures and Contract, Also: 

Four (4) - 6ft. banners outside of the Convention Center

100 posters

5000 fliers

5000 postcards handed out and posted prior to the show. 


REMEMBER this is a privately sponsored event thus if you have questions or concerns please contact the Vendor Blender team for assistance.

Application and Payment MUST be received in order for your application to be considered complete. If your application is denied for ANY reason you will receive a refund of your fees paid via PayPal. If you have any questions or concerns please email us here. Important:  AFTER submitting your application you will be taken to an outside website. You must come back to the Vendor Blenders website to submit payment. They are two separate processes.

Vendors must print and bring a copy of this signed contract upon checkin to the facility.

Electrical available on a first come first serve basis for an additional charge. Vendor must supply their own extension cord.

Electrical - one outlet per $5 paid.

***Vendor may provide their own surge protector to allow for additional outlets. Vendor Must provide an extension cord (minimum 20ft for indoor and 50ft for outdoor). Outlets will be assigned on a first paid first assigned basis. Outlets will not be rented on the day of the event.
