Those wishing to apply for a vendor space at a Vendor Blenders LLC Show should read the following carefully.

 

1. There are three parts to the application process: Online Application, Payment, Contract.

2. Each of the process steps can be accessed for each events individual webpage on our site.

3. Online Application is your way of letting us know you want to be a vendor and what products you sell.

4. Payment must be submitted at time of application. (If you are denied entry you will be refunded.)

5. Contract must be printed and signed and turned in at  check-in on the date of the event. DO NOT MAIL THIS IN.

6. Contract contains a release of liability whhich is required for each person working a booth.

 

Application:

Application is required from each business to be displayed at the event. Updated contact information is required as this is how we will contact you if there are issues, problems, or concerns. This is the first step in the process to becomming a vendor at one of our shows. The application is required for each show you wish to attend. Applications are required 14 days prior to the event. Applications received after this date will incur a non-refundable $10 administrative fee. Application is REQUIRED in order to secure a space at our events.

 

Payments:

Payment is REQUIRED in order to secure a space at our events. No vendor will be allowed to setup at an event until payment in full is made. We accept Check, Credit Card and Paypal. All checks and Credit Cards are process through our website via PayPal. We DO NOT accept paper checks, or any other form of payment sent through postal mail. Payments not received at least 14 days prior to the event will incur a non-refundable $10 administrative fee.

 

Contract:

The contract is between you an Vendor Blenders LLC. this covers Vendor Blenders LLC. in all legal matters pertaining to an event. This also covers our agreement with the facility and our agreemtn and services offered to you the vendor. Vendors are required to turn in a signed copy of this contract on the date of the event. The last page of the contract is a release of liability. This must be signed and completed for each person who will be working your booth or in attendance at yoru booth the majority of the day. This includes adults, and minors.

 

No paperwork or payments should be mailed to Vendor Blenders LLC. All applications are electronic and should be submitted online. Payments are electronic and should be processed through Paypal. Contracts and Release of Liability should be submitted in person on the day of the event at checkin.
